Our lead cleaner will do a quick walkthrough to assess the space, note any areas of concern, and confirm the scope. If anything changes from your quote, we'll tell you before starting.
Your lead cleaner does a final check of every room against the checklist. If you're home, we walk through it with you. If not, we send photos of the completed work.

Unfortunately, no, a deep clean cannot be booked in place of a move-in/move-out clean.
If we visit the property and find it to be empty, we reserve the right to charge our move-in/move-out cost. We go to great lengths to make sure we provide the best cleaning service for all of our clients, as such, we don’t want to compromise quality by having an incorrect service booked.
The scope of our deep clean is specifically for fully furnished residences. We utilise specialist teams for our move-in and end of lease cleaning services.
